Land Units Distribution Act Proposals 2005 This proposal will be passed on to the cabinet for further inspection before entering the polls as a Bill:
Section one: -
The regular private in the army will receive a minimum wage of £14600 a year. Non commisioned officers will be paid £15000, Commisioned officers will be paid £20000 and field officers will receive a minimum of £30000 a year.
Section two: -
No regular regiment will go within fifty miles of the capital city during peace time.
Section three: -
Ohiana will be allowed to raise its own regiment under Britannican control but with its own facings, standard and uniform. The regiment will be officered by Britannicans from other regiments. The regiment shall be called the 1st Ohianan infantry. The regiment will be posted in another part of the nation.
Section four: -
The five colonies will be protected by a total of 20 regiments. Each will be commanded by the Colonel of that regiment but the Colonel will be answerable to the governor general of the colony alone (The governor general is appointed by the government only).
Section five: -
The candidates for governor general of each colony is to be appointed by the BCFO before they are elected by the commons.
